BACKGROUND
The regulations of the new food legislation for declaration in online trade or in open sale are in force. More and more companies are confronted with different statements regarding the exchange of master data.
The revision of food law brings improvements for consumers in the following areas, among others:
Top premise: protection against deception of the consumer
Comprehensive information about groceries purchased online;
Increased transparency when specifying the country of production of food and the origin of the raw materials used;

General obligation to declare nutritional values.
